At the foundation of our operations is a large biorepository that contains more than a million characterized biospecimens with 85 indications. These include clinical and remnant samples from a variety of disease states, including infectious diseases such as SARS-CoV-2, HIV, as well as autoimmune, waterborne illnesses, and oncology.
Our network spans five continents, providing access to genetic profiles and disease-specific samples from populations in 60+ countries with over 120 collection sites. The biospecimens collected on these sites provide or support biomarker discovery, assay development, and preclinical trials.
Our biorepository encourages partnerships with groups such as academic institutions, pharmaceutical companies, and diagnostic developers. This facilitates our sponsors by offering annotated biospecimens with demographic, clinical, and treatment histories.
We serve as a central hub for biospecimen resources, which lets us work with researchers throughout the world and gives them the resources they need to tackle the most complicated medical challenges efficiently.

At Boca Bio, we’ve designed our Clinical Research Services so that our clients get end-to-end support for pharmaceutical and diagnostic development. Services include, and are not limited to, site identification, regulatory compliance, and data management with secure e-consent systems.
Our clinical network includes hospitals, academic institutions, private practices, and dedicated research centers across five continents. This gives us the ability to mobilize quickly, even in the most challenging situations.

Our CAP-accredited, CLIA-certified lab uses advanced molecular and immunological technologies. The lab has the capacity for over 1,000 PCR tests, and it processes 350,000+ tests annually. We’ve aided in many FDA submissions and contributed to diagnostics across over thirty indications. Advanced analyzers, including the Roche Cobas® and BioFire® FilmArray®, enable us to manage high-volume testing efficiently, processing large samples quickly and accurately.
Our contributions include emergency authorizations for COVID-19 diagnostic tools.

Our biostorage services maintain the sample integrity of our sponsors’ samples and provide secure storage and easy access when the samples are needed. Our facilities include storage capabilities with flexible temperature options that range from ambient conditions to ultra-cold storage at -170°C, including liquid nitrogen solutions.
Our facility supports a diverse range of sample types, including plasma, serum, tissues, PBMCs, and other biofluids. This ensures compatibility with many research requirements.
Our advanced Laboratory Information Management System lets us monitor inventory levels. This technology ensures the integrity and traceability of the stored samples and prevents loss or degradation.
